Burrandies offer a Community Support Service which is available to assist and direct Indigenous persons to connecting with mainstream providers to meet their needs.

- Referral and building of networks
- Referral to health care and support services
- Referral to child care and support services
- Referral to court support and legal services
- Referral to education, training and support
- Referral to housing, rental assistance, tenancy and maintenance
- Mentoring, ongoing support and advice
- Cultural awareness advice and support
- Support letters for personal needs
